Overview

Talkeez supports schools, districts, and educators in managing student communication and activity data. We comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when handling student information.

Educational Records

When used by a school or district, Talkeez may store:

• Activity logs
• Behavior notes
• Communication data
• AAC usage
• Teacher–parent messages

These records are controlled by the educational institution.

Parent & Guardian Rights

Parents may:

• Access their child's information
• Request corrections
• Request deletion (subject to district policy)

Data Sharing

We share student data only with:

• Authorized school personnel
• Parentsguardians
• Service providers supporting Talkeez operations

We do not share data with advertisers.
